Economic and trade cooperation is an important component of the relationship between China and Japan. In the 47 years since the normalization of diplomatic relations between China and Japan, with the joint efforts of both sides, the economic and trade relations between the two countries have made significant progress, forming a good situation of all-round, wide-ranging, multi-level, mutual complementarity, and win-win results, bringing tangible benefits to the people of both countries.

Strengthening cooperation with Japan in key areas such as energy conservation and environmental protection, technological innovation, high-end manufacturing, finance, sharing economy, and healthcare and elderly care not only meets the needs of reality, but also aligns with the needs of development. The Chinese government supports capable and qualified domestic enterprises to engage in genuine and compliant foreign investment activities, and there is enormous potential for China Japan international production capacity cooperation. Enterprises of the two countries can further deepen two-way investment and trade cooperation, take the initiative to make good use of the "the Belt and Road" platform, and jointly explore the third-party market. The China Enterprise Association in Japan is a comprehensive platform for Chinese enterprises to understand policies, enhance communication, safeguard legitimate rights and interests, and work together to respond to emergencies. Under the guidance of the association, members have shown outstanding performance in legal and compliant operations, fulfilling corporate social responsibilities, and other aspects. The association has carried out a lot of effective work and played a positive role in promoting economic and trade cooperation between China and Japan. I hope the association can collaborate with knowledgeable individuals from all walks of life in China and Japan, seize development opportunities, fully leverage the association's role as a window, platform, coordination, and service provider, continuously explore new areas of cooperation, promote long-term stable and healthy development of China Japan economic and trade relations, and achieve common prosperity of the two countries' economies.
