The China Enterprises Association (Japan), abbreviated as CEAJ, is a Chinese enterprise association in Japan. An association is a non-profit organization voluntarily formed by the dispatched institutions of Chinese economic, trade, and financial enterprises or organizations, as well as Chinese funded enterprise legal persons and branches established within Japan, with the approval or filing of the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and its dispatched institutions. The association was established in July 2000 with the aim of promoting win-win development among member units, enhancing mutual exchanges between Chinese enterprises in Japan, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of members, promoting the improvement of the business environment for Chinese enterprises in Japan, and contributing to the expansion of Sino Japanese economic and trade cooperation and the development of Sino Japanese friendly relations. The association implements a membership system. Any enterprise or representative institution that meets the conditions of "approved or filed by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and its dispatched institutions, as well as the dispatched institutions of Chinese economic, trade and financial enterprises or organizations, and Chinese funded enterprise legal persons and branches established in Japan" and pays membership fees can join this association. The business of association member enterprises covers various fields such as trade, manufacturing, finance, insurance, logistics, transportation, tourism, labor services, cultural exchanges, etc. The association has twelve industry branches, including the Financial Insurance Association, Logistics and Tourism Association, Dispatched Agency Association, Propaganda and Education Committee, Air Transport Branch, Legal Consultation and Intellectual Property Protection Committee, New Energy and Environmental Protection Association, Economic and Trade Association, International Talent Exchange Association, Financial Leadership Group, International Medical and Health Management Association, and International Advanced Communication Technology IT Association. The industry branch is a subsidiary organization of the association. The Association Affairs Bureau is the administrative body responsible for the daily affairs of the association. By organizing practical situation report meetings, seminars, special lectures, and diverse member exchange activities, we provide business related information to member enterprises, reflect member opinions and suggestions to relevant departments of the Japanese government, and regularly convene member representative conferences, councils, and chairman's office meetings to provide high-quality services to members. Make active efforts to help member companies deepen their understanding of new policies, establish new channels, meet new partners, expand new fields, open up new horizons, and reduce potential business risks. At the same time, the association actively participates in social welfare undertakings and fulfills its social responsibilities. In addition, the association has specially appointed the Ambassador of my Embassy in Japan as an honorary advisor to the association, and the Minister of Commerce of my Embassy in Japan as an advisor to the association. The association looks forward to hearing more voices and demands from enterprises, and using its strength to enhance the discourse power of Chinese enterprises in Japan. At the same time, we look forward to the use of the association's professional platform by various industry branches to closely communicate and exchange ideas, gather strength within the industry, and promote the rapid and healthy development of various industries.
